rexx88 Terms & Conditions

The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below throughout this Agreement and all associated policies published on rexx88.net.

Access to and use of the rexx88 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. Age. You must be at least 21 years of age. rexx88 strictly prohibits use of the Platform by any individual under the age of 21. Creating an Account with false age information is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Funds held therein.
2. Jurisdiction. rexx88 primarily serves players based in Indonesia. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. rexx88 makes no representation that its services are legal in any particular country.
3. Legal Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. You must not be acting under any form of legal disability, guardianship, or incapacity.
4. One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Clause 8.
5. Responsible Gaming Status. You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period imposed by rexx88 or any other gambling platform. Circumventing a self-exclusion is a breach of this Agreement.

To access the full range of rexx88 services, you must register an Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

rexx88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any stage of Account registration or use as part of its KYC process. Documentation may include a government-issued identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued identification document confirming your identity and age. Withdrawal of Funds from your Account is contingent upon successful completion of KYC verification.

By submitting your registration, you confirm that:

• All information provided is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Clause 2.
• You are not registering on behalf of any third party.
• You have read and accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, as well as the rexx88 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

rexx88 reserves the right to decline any Account registration at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for the refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party and to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your Account.

rexx88 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from rexx88 and requesting your password should be treated as a fraudulent phishing attempt and reported to the rexx88 support team immediately.

rexx88 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages of the Platform. Passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing. rexx88 staff cannot retrieve or read your password. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact rexx88 support via live chat immediately and change your password.

rexx88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Platform supports the following payment methods for Indonesian Players: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed from time to time; the current list is displayed on the Platform.

Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits are credited to your Account wallet upon confirmation of receipt by rexx88's payment processors, which typically occurs within seconds for e-wallet transactions and within a few minutes for bank transfers during standard WIB banking hours.

Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active Bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before withdrawal of Bonus-derived Funds.
• rexx88 reserves the right to conduct additional identity or source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• rexx88 aims to process withdrawal requests within 5–15 minutes via bank transfer and within 3 minutes via e-wallet during normal WIB operating hours. Processing times may be extended in exceptional circumstances, including peak traffic periods and public holidays.

Fees. rexx88 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which rexx88 accepts no liability.

rexx88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published at the time of promotion launch and form part of this Agreement.

The following general bonus terms apply to all rexx88 promotions unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise:

1. Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is specified in each individual promotion's terms. A typical welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement expressed as a multiple of the combined deposit and bonus amount (e.g., 10x the bonus amount). Players should review the specific terms of each offer carefully before claiming.
2. Time Limits. All bonuses carry a validity period within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Upon expiry of the validity period, any uncompleted Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from such funds will be removed from the Account.
3. Game Contributions. Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Sportsbook bets typically contribute 100% toward sports-related wagering. Slot titles may contribute between 50% and 100%. Live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
4. One Bonus Per Account. Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address. rexx88 will not honour bonus claims that appear to be part of a coordinated effort to claim promotional offers in violation of this rule.
5. Bonus Abuse. rexx88 reserves the right to void any Bonus, withhold associated winnings, and suspend an Account if it reasonably determines that a Player is engaging in Bonus abuse — including exploitation of promotional terms through systematic low-risk betting patterns, arbitrage, or other strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
6. Modification and Withdrawal. rexx88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will be communicated via the Platform and are effective immediately upon publication.

All bets and game sessions on the rexx88 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product, which are published within each product area. The following general rules apply across all products:

• Final Settlements. rexx88's decision on the outcome of any bet or game session is final. In the event of a dispute, the Platform's server logs and game records constitute the definitive record of the transaction. Players agree to accept the settlement decisions made by rexx88 and its game providers as binding.
• Insufficient Funds. A bet will only be accepted if your Account Balance at the time of placement is sufficient to cover the full stake. rexx88 does not extend credit.
• System Errors. In the event of a software, hardware, or connectivity error that results in a game or bet being settled incorrectly, rexx88 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return the stake to the Player's Account. Winnings generated as a result of a verifiable system error are not payable.
• Live Betting. Sportsbook odds for in-play events are updated in real time. rexx88 accepts no liability for any delay in odds updates caused by network latency on the Player's end. Bets accepted at a displayed price will be honoured at that price unless the bet was placed after the relevant event's outcome was already determined, in which case the bet will be voided.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all products and may vary by game, event, and Player tier. Current limits are displayed within the relevant product interface at the time of placing a bet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rexx88 Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

1. Registering more than one Account on the Platform under any name, address, email address, or payment method.
2. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
3. Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
4. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other form of artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
5. Colluding with other Players in any game or betting market to manipulate outcomes to your advantage.
6. Exploiting pricing errors, system bugs, or unintended loopholes in game mechanics or promotional offers.
7. Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from any illegal activity.
8. Engaging in chargebacks, disputed transactions, or fraudulent payment activity.
9. Attempting to access another Player's Account or the Platform's administrative systems without authorisation.
10. Using the Platform while subject to an active self-exclusion order or responsible gaming restriction.

All content on the rexx88 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, design elements, graphics, logos, text, imagery, audio, and game content — is the intellectual property of rexx88 or its licensed game providers and suppliers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes, subject to compliance with this Agreement. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of rexx88.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rexx88's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rexx88 shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses, whether or not such losses were foreseeable or rexx88 had been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Interruptions to Platform access caused by scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical failures, DDoS attacks, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or infrastructure failures outside rexx88's reasonable control.
• The conduct, content, or policies of any third-party game provider, payment processor, or other service partner, to the extent that such third-party conduct falls outside rexx88's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials, as set out in Clause 4.

Nothing in this clause limits rexx88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Suspension by rexx88. rexx88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) a Player breaches any provision of this Agreement; (b) rexx88 reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other Prohibited Conduct; (c) rexx88 is required to do so by law or regulatory directive; or (d) a Player's continued use of the Platform poses a risk to the integrity of betting markets or other Players.

Funds on Closure. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than Prohibited Conduct or breach of this Agreement, any verified real-money Balance remaining in the Account (excluding Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any required verification checks. Where an Account is closed due to Prohibited Conduct, rexx88 reserves the right to withhold some or all Funds pending investigation and, where applicable, recovery of fraudulently obtained winnings.

Voluntary Closure. Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting the rexx88 support team via live chat. Requests are processed within one business day. Any remaining eligible Balance will be returned via your last-used withdrawal method subject to standard verification procedures.

rexx88 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible from your Account dashboard, to support responsible play:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a defined period of time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from accessing the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

rexx88 processes personal data for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, financial transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and customer support. rexx88 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. All data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on access-controlled servers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

rexx88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rexx88 will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of any revision will be updated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the rexx88 Platform following the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 11. rexx88 recommends reviewing these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rexx88 is licensed and regulated internationally. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties will be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of Indonesia or any other applicable jurisdiction. If you are a resident of Indonesia, you retain the right to bring any claim before a competent Indonesian court in addition to any international arbitration process.
